These terms cover booking and visiting ZAKŪYA in Marsaskala, Malta. Using this site to request a reservation or a private party means you accept them.

Reservations & bookings

A reservation or private party request made through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your table or event is confirmed only once we reply to confirm it. Private parties are offered for set group sizes; details are agreed with us directly.

Changes & cancellations

If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the table to someone else. The line is +356 7940 8867, and sensei@zakuya.com.mt in writing. For private parties we may agree specific arrangements with you at the time of booking.

In the venue

Alcohol is served only to guests aged 17 or over, in line with Maltese law, and we may ask for proof of age. We may decline or end service at our discretion — for instance where it would be unsafe or unlawful. Please tell your server of any allergies or dietary needs before ordering.

Menu & prices

The menu and prices shown on this site are current at the time of publishing and may change. The prices charged in the venue are those in effect on the day of your visit.

Liability & law

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the extent the law allows. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
