ZAKŪYA is a tea house and cocktail bar in Marsaskala, Malta. This page explains what we do with the information you give us. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you request a table reservation or a private party booking through this site, we collect the details you enter on the form: your name, the contact details you provide (phone or email), your party size, your requested date and time, and any note you add. We do not take payment on this website.

Why we hold it

Only to receive, confirm and manage your booking, and to contact you about it. Under the GDPR, our basis is taking steps at your request before providing a service, and our legitimate interest in running the venue.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details only as long as needed to manage your visit and our normal business records, then remove them. Your details are stored securely with the hosting and database providers that run this site.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. This site uses only the cookies needed to operate it — no third-party advertising or profiling trackers.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Requests go to privacy@zakuya.com.mt, and the details on our Contact page reach us just as well.

We may update this notice as the business grows. The date at the top reflects the current version.
